Little is said about Fred in Denis Hawkings book on the family except he was a farmer. In the 1914 Kelly’s Directory he is farming at Berrow. Edgar (1896-1968) and Dolly Hawkings

Born Mar 5th 1896, Married Aug 27th 1924 – Dorothy Blanche Plaister, Died Feb 3rd 1968. They had one son – Denis, born 1927 at Apple Tree Farm, who wrote the books about the Hawkings family.
